I cannot get the 2FA code from my authenticator, or the code from my authenticator does not work. What should I do?
On the page where you need to enter the authentication code, you will see a link for 'Problem with the code'.
Click this link to get the code sent to your email address instead. It will be sent to the email address you have entered in your 'Edit profile' page.
Note: Please always make sure that the email specified in your 'Edit profile' page is valid.
If you continue to experience problems with your authenticator, we recommend you delete the authenticator app and reconnect.
