I have gotten a new phone and I need 2FA (two-factor authentication) to work with my new phone. What should I do?
First you will have to disconnect your current authentication app. Click your image to open your personal menu and click 'Your Settings' > '2-factor authentication'.
Click the 'Disconnect' red button.
Your authentication app will be disconnected from your itslearning account.
When you next login as a system administator, you will be promoted to use 2FA.
