Simplifying Help in itslearning
We’re cleaning up our current help system to make it easier for you to get the support you need.
Over time, our help content has lived in several different places, including WebHelp and Freshdesk. To reduce confusion and improve your experience, we’re removing outdated help links and consolidating everything into one single help link, which you’ll find under your profile menu.
NOTE: This feature is not live yet, but will be available in time for the new school year (2025/2026).

Benefits of the change
- No more outdated or broken help links
- A single, consistent entry point for all help content
- Always up-to-date support information
Removing Help setting for a cleaner experience
This change not only simplifies access to support but also improves consistency and accessibility across the platform.
What languages are supported in our Support Portal?
The reason you may not see support articles in your selected language is that our content is primarily maintained in English, German, Swedish, and Dutch. These are the languages where we ensure regular updates and comprehensive coverage.
At this time, we do not have the resources to maintain fully translated support portals in other languages. As a result:
If you have selected a language other than German, Dutch, or Swedish, you will be directed to the English support portal by default.
- If you select English, you’ll be directed to the English support portal with the most complete and updated content.
- If you select German, Dutch, or Swedish, you’ll be directed to the respective localized support portal.
- If a specific article is not available in your language, we recommend switching to English to access the full content.
