Mass Messaging – Sending a School Message

TABLE OF CONTENTS

With Mass Messaging, administrators can send an instant message to a large group of people within a hierarchy. The feature is quick, easy, and mobile-friendly.

Overview

Mass Messaging is opened from the Admin menu. When you open Mass Messaging, you see a list of school messages that have previously been sent.

You can send a message to everyone in a hierarchy, or to specific groups within it, such as system and school administrators, teachers, students, guardians, guests, or observers.

You can also set the organisation or school as the sender of the message, so recipients see which organisation the message came from. If you are sending to members of multiple schools, you can choose which school is shown as the sender.
