Logging in

In order to log in to itslearning, you must have a user name and password which is provided to you by your educational institution. It is important to note that your password must not be given to others. If another person has access to both your username and password, this person could exploit your itslearning account.

The log in page

The log in page is located at https://www.itslearning.com. If the page is displayed in a foreign language you can select a new language by clicking the flag at the very bottom of the page.

Note: Not all sites use the itslearning login page. See Single Sign-On below.

Single Sign-On

Single Sign-On (SSO) is a specialized form of software authentication that enables a user to log in once and gain access to the resources of multiple software systems. Many itslearning sites have single sign-on solutions. These sites have their own log in pages and users do not log in through the log in page at itslearning.com. Usually, sites with SSO have log in boxes at their sites' respective homepages.

Logging on

  1. Go to: https://www.itslearning.com/.
  2. From the drop-down list, select the site to which you belong. Alternatively, you can click in the site field and start typing the name of the site. The list automatically filters the sites on the basis of the user input, making it easier to find the correct site.
  3. Click Go to my site.
  4. Enter your username.
  5. Enter your password.
  6. Click Log in.

Tip: The first time you log in, you will be asked to choose your preferred language from a dropdown list and enter your e-mail address. Select language and type in your e-mail address if you have one. Click 'Save' to finish. The language you chose becomes your default itslearning language. You can always change this by going to Your Settings.

Click this Forgotten password link to learn how to reset your password.

To log out - click on your image or name on the top right and select Log Out..
