This feature was disabled in January 2021 as Adobe has stopped supporting Flash.
You will no longer see Conference appear (as shown in the screenshot below) in Activities.
You can instead use MS Teams directly in itslearning, Zoom, Google Meet or other video conferencing tools that can be integrated via LTI with the itslearning platform.
